Norman Yu

Norman has 15 years of progressive experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver results in fast-paced manufacturing and distribution work environments. Norman began his professional career in the United States Air Force as a Logistics Officer. After six years of active-duty service, Norman entered the private sector where he leveraged Lean Manufacturing principles to lead process improvement initiatives at a Global 500 manufacturing company.

 Since that time, Norman has consulted several companies across various industries to increase operational efficiencies by streamlining end-to-end processes and implementing integrated ERP systems. In addition, Norman has experience launching and optimizing a medium sized manufacturing plant within the rapidly growing industry of make-on-demand (just-in-time production and delivery).
